Why Choose This Hot & Cold Plunge Chiller?

Cooling and Heating in One Unit

Set the water from 3°C to 42°C for cold-plunge sessions or warm-water recovery. The digital controller maintains the selected temperature with ±0.5°C control, helping operators provide a more consistent experience throughout the day.

Integrated UV Sanitation and Filtration

Water circulates through an integrated filtration and UV-sanitation loop to support cleaner operation between water changes. UV treatment should be used together with regular filter cleaning, appropriate water care and a documented maintenance routine.

Verified 0.8HP Cooling Platform

The current configuration delivers 2000W cooling capacity. Rather than selecting only by horsepower, buyers should match the system to the real water volume, ambient heat, target temperature, tub insulation and required recovery time.

Portable and Service-Friendly

The compact wheeled enclosure has a telescopic pull handle and side handles for easier movement. Accessible ventilation and service areas support routine cleaning, inspection and maintenance.

Designed for Wellness and Commercial Projects

The system can be evaluated for premium home plunge setups, boutique studios, gyms, spas, hotels, sports recovery rooms and distributor demonstration spaces. Commercial suitability should be confirmed against peak users per hour, operating hours and sanitation workflow.

OEM/ODM Support

Springvive can discuss logo placement, enclosure color, controller language, labels, user-manual language, carton artwork, voltage, plug type and other project requirements. Availability, MOQ, sampling cost and lead time depend on the final approved specification.

Frequently Asked Questions

What water volume can this plunge chiller handle?

The correct water volume depends on starting temperature, target temperature, ambient heat, insulation, cover use, hose length and user load. Send Springvive the real project conditions for a sizing check rather than selecting only by horsepower.

How quickly can it cool a plunge tub?

Cooling time must be stated with the test water volume, initial and target temperatures, ambient temperature, insulation, cover use, plumbing length and voltage. Request a verified performance calculation for your installation.

What temperature range does it support?

The verified operating range is 3°C–42°C (37.4°F–107.6°F), supporting both cold-plunge and warm-water applications.

Does it include heating as well as cooling?

Yes. This system is designed for both cooling and heating, with digital temperature control and ±0.5°C precision.

Does UV sanitation remove the need to change water?

No. UV supports water hygiene but does not remove all debris, oils or dissolved contaminants. Combine it with filtration, routine cleaning, approved water care and water changes based on usage and local requirements.

Does it include filtration?

Yes. The system features a 10-inch filter bottle with a 20-micron filter element, plus an 80-mesh hair filter for larger debris. Filtration and UV support the water-care process but do not replace routine cleaning, approved water treatment or water changes.

Will it work with any cold-plunge tub?

It can connect to compatible tubs with suitable inlet and return connections and adequate flow. Confirm hose diameter, connector type, tub height, priming method and maximum plumbing length before ordering.

How often should the filter element be replaced?

As a usage-based baseline, replace the filter element every 2 weeks when the plunge is used more than 5 times per week, monthly for 3–5 plunges per week, and every 2 months for fewer than 3 plunges per week. The actual interval depends on the filter model, water quality, user load and visible contamination, so earlier replacement may be required. Commercial facilities should keep spare filter elements in stock.
