Developing Industrial Chillers for Ink Curing Applications

In 2017, we began producing industrial chillers for ink curing applications, further expanding the range of processes supported by our cooling products.

Ink curing equipment is used in printing and other production applications. Depending on the system design, cooling equipment may be needed to manage heat generated during the curing process.

Our development work for this application built on the experience we had gained with UV laser and UV LED cooling. It also allowed us to work with a wider range of industrial equipment requirements.

For equipment manufacturers and operators, selecting a cooling system involves more than choosing a product from a catalog. The required water temperature, cooling load, installation environment, and connection requirements should all be considered.

We continue to develop and customize chiller products for different industrial applications, working with customers to understand the needs of their equipment.
