Expanding into UV Laser Cooling in 2013

In 2013, we expanded our industrial cooling range by developing chillers for UV laser marking machines.

UV laser marking is used to create marks on a variety of products and materials. A suitable cooling system is part of the equipment setup, helping support the operating temperature requirements of the laser system.

Our move into UV laser cooling followed our earlier work on chillers for laser cutting equipment. It was an opportunity to apply our industrial cooling experience to a different type of laser application and develop products around the needs of UV laser equipment.

This development also strengthened our approach to product customization. Different machines can have different cooling requirements, so selecting a chiller starts with understanding the application, available space, operating conditions, and equipment specifications.
