Springvive completes its factory expansion to 5000sqm, doubling production capacity to meet growing global demand.
We are excited to announce the completion of our new 5000 square meter production facility in Foshan, Guangdong. This expansion doubles our previous manufacturing capacity and enables us to meet the rapidly growing global demand for cold plunge chillers.
The new facility features: - Advanced automated assembly lines - Dedicated quality testing laboratory - Expanded R&D department with new testing equipment - Separate zones for chiller assembly, tub fabrication, and packaging - Climate-controlled storage for raw materials and finished products
With this expansion, our annual production capacity increases to over 30,000 units. We have also added new CNC machines and welding equipment to support our stainless steel all-in-one tub production line.
